The second bedroom has two full size beds. Including the Queen sofa bed, equipped with a Leggett & Platt bed and mechanism, The Suite allows for six persons to sleep comfortably. An on-site generator provides for comfort during extended power outages. This is a ground floor Suite with no stairs or steps, easily accessed by those with mobility restrictions.

 

Included in your rental is the private, bayside dock and recreation area. The two-story swim dock has unsurpassed views of the Utila waterfront and a swim ladder for your convenience. Always available for your entertainment are horseshoes, Bocce ball, and corn hole games. The gazebo features a built-in charcoal grill, sink, electricity and plenty of seating for outdoor meals and socializing. For you avid fishermen/women, there is a fish cleaning station. Dockage available at additional cost.
